Again the woman was abusive and failed to take on boarfd anything she was tols accused me of niot helping her

inmfoemed her that these issues not within the remit of building control provider

In the endd had to end the conversation dude to the abusive nature of the caller

This is not the only call of this nature from the woman to otrher members oif staff myse;lf and on site see previous records jab
