wmail recd from client regarding water ingress into the conversion through a lwaking gutter

rang contractor concerned and copied himin on email

sayas had had no contact since he finished the job from the client re any issues

contractor confirms that he did not carry outany works on the external envalope of the buiding and as such feels he is not responsible for the gutter on the existing garage prior to conversion

he also conforma all appropriate brather membraned and dpm imserted during comstruction

he is to write to the client setting out his position but feels he is not responsible for the existing structure prior to conversion

i will respond also next week oitlining out position jab
