Ref: Hinds Cottage, Low Gardham, Beverley, HU17 7RY.
Further to our telephone conversation yesterday, we confirm that Jack has completed all work relating to the Single Storey Entrance Porch, we confirm all work was undertaken in accordance with building regulation requirements and we ask therefore that you issue your Partial Completion Certificate to cover the Porch.
Jack will not be undertaking the side extension; the house has been refurbished and will be put on the market in the next few months.
We look forward to receiving your Certificate shortly.
