Dear Mr Bourke

I write further to your letter dated 11 January 2018. Firstly I apologise for the delay in responding.

Due to a change in circumstances my husband and myself have decided not to proceed with the above mentioned loft conversion. Instead we are moving house. In view of this as no works have been carried out by yourself I would be grateful if you could refund the fee paid directly to you last year which was for future inspections to be carried out. In addition if the approval for the loft conversion was sent to you by the planning office I would be grateful if you could forward this so we may pass this on to the buyers solicitor.

The refund of fees should be made payable to myself - Joanne Symons.
