24th APRIL - Spoke to owner Frazer Mills. Friend of Ross @ Aztech. Said had a loft conversion and all fine and complete but at time he had an alteration to his garage also, he'd shown John Norfolk when he visited for Loft and John had said no problem. However now coming to sell there is no reference to the garage which the solicitors need? Where does he go from here. Will call back and speak to James. Frazer 07971 562393
