Owner has contacted them and reported various dangerous electrical etc etc faults and following site visit by staff sent a series of emails requesting why the contacator has not yet been prosecuted

Rodger made awarte of the problems we have had and the contrcator in dealing with this client

LCC to send two members of staff on site visits to whitnes actions

Owner has also claimed exemption as a disabled person not aware or otherwise that she is entitled
to claim such LCC to investigate her claim

Situation as regards reasons for reversion of work outlined to LCC who have a feeling that client will continue in same abusive manner with them

LCC confirms that this is the first time I have reverted a notice to LA or that they have recd complaints about aur service thanked me for the above jab

Spoke to former contractor Aztec construction informed him of our dicission to cancel and implications for both him and owner agreed to forward copy of notice to both parties

Appointment made this am for inspection of works tomorrow afternoon with owner male to address issues explained that cannot be Friday afternoon as on works Christmas function offered any other date and time but agreed on Tuesday tomorrow owner to ring and request a time in the morning

Despite above agreement with male client female rang office abusive to staff demanded appointment after 1 on Friday told not possible and to contact Jed

No such appointment made

Jab rang numerous times to client female mobile no answer despite messages left no contact

In view of abusive nature of the calls recd lack of cooperation and lies from gmail client to staff I have agreed to cancel the notice and revert to me control as an enforcement case

Efforts made to assist this client but zero tolerance policy as regards abusive conduct with staff must be adhered to
