Dear Zenon,
Just to confirm, under cover of this email, that I have spoken to James Bourkes office and they have confirmed verbaly that restrictors and toughened safety glass will comply with the regulations. One or more of the windows will need to be an escape window but this will mean that the window sills can be lower than the regulated 800mm. I await email confirmation of the same.

Further to my conversation with your office this morning about the drain work done yesterday at the above address.
I have attached the photographs I took. These show the trench being dug and the area as it is now. The contractor, Bob Wilson from Wilson Services, took further pictures which I will forward to you once I receive them later today/tonight.
Our architects, Edwardson Associates, are also contacting you in order to get confirmation that the work is up to standard and that the planning has been crystallised.
Hopefully the photographs provide you with enough information to do this but if you do need to visit the site please let me know as we will need to liaise with the tenant as the house is currently let.
Please let me or Melanie at Edwardsons know if you need any further info.
