Would it be possible for you to pay us a visit as after taking up the patio ready for Paul to start work (now commencing Mon 16th Oct) we have discovered a manhole which is around 10ft deep, Paul has been out to see it this afternoon and discussed the possibility of sealing it and building over it, but would need your approval and advise on best way to do it, Paul asked me to contact you so we can get an answer on this as soon as possible.
