Hi James

Please see attached permission for 103 Coltman Street, which is a small project that we have recently purchased. It was three flats already, so we only have to block up a doorway and put another one in from the entrance hall, to split the ground floor flat into two.

Please also see the detail to be used for the separating walls and the ceiling between the ground floor bedroom in apartment 1 and bathroom in apartment 2 above.

Pease confirm that this detail meets with your approval so that I can submit it to the planning department.
