I will contact our signing off electrician now (I am an electrical engineer by background) and send across the Electrical Installation and Test Certificate asap.

Spoke to lady owner Joanne, they had a fall out with their builder a while ago so the build hasn't been very smooth and she was concerned as to whether we've seen everything need to see as project went along. Wants an inspector to go out and have a look at it and confirm all is ok, also needs advice re a disabled ramp.
