Builder has just left site unexpectedly and was wondering if he has paid us - I said he has and all payment is up to date. He is just wondering if we can offer any advice whatsoever on this matter because now the builder is saying he has done 'extra work' and that he needs extra payment and won't come back until he has paid him. The client isn't sure what to do from here so I said we will try help to the best of our ability but obviously this is a matter between him and the builder so I didn't know what to advise myself - 01132394436
