Further to our conversation regarding the complaint you have had from the neighbour, please find attached and below correspondence to add to your file which confirms that the asbestos is being removed by a registered contractor.
No doubt he will also contact HSE but the correct notices etc have also been submitted.

Rand agent re asbestos comments from neighbour he is fully aware of the situation has ionformed HSE and reputable contractor appointed to deal with issue

Neighbour has contactyed them on numerous occassions throught the Town Planning process and obviusly does not want the works to go ahead

Requested that he (Simon) send us the details of the proposed works to add to our file jab

Neiughbopur called office re asbestos removal on site says that vans have turned upo on site and he thinks they are removing asbestos

Vans are from a registered copntrcator for asbestoss removal informed him that not part of building regs process and to contact agent or client to seek clarification

He was not happy with this answer refered him to HSE if he has any concerns about working methodsa of the contractors concerned jab
