i have attaced some pictures of the work that has passed builing regs by youselfs from the work done by TVM
i have had the air admitance valve moved to meet building regs
removed the plaster boadrs to reveal the lack of insulation that should never have passed building regs
iv had the landing ceiling double plaster boarded to meet building fire regulatins
we are fitting 150mm kingspan with multifoil to the flat dormer roof to meet build regulations
fitting 100mm kingspan with two lays of multifoil to the sloping roof to meet building regulations
had a water pump fitted so the loft conversion has now got a usable shower and sink
if you would like to come out and see the progress your more than welcome.

Spoke to Mick steel of the client has been in phone very abusive over the phone extremely threatening agreed still to meet on site as agreed with client to sort out

Text to client confirming meeting with them requested confirmation of receipt of text

Phone call to clients mobile no answer left a message confirming meeting tomorrow at 1600hrs with him and contractor

Client rang wantingbinspection of the works opened up agreed to attend site tomorrow 1600hrs

Client states that we had an appointment with him today at 1600rs this is a not the case as our previous record of inspection states he would ring me when the works opened up for inspection

This is not an error on our part

Previously spoken to Mick steel at the who says appointment with contractor cancelled by client

Client claims no such call taken place

Getting impossible to believe the clients claims at the moment

To try and get them on site 1600hrs also

Client claims that his solicitor will be on site also

Spoke to Mrs Jackson, wanted to keep todays appointment as didn't understand why contractor had to be there. Mr Jackson also emailed asking to keep todays appointment. Spoke to JB, said ok will get there as close to 4pm as possible. Emailed back to Mr Jackson.

spoke to client to rearrange site inspection as requested agreed that he will speak to his employer and arrange late pm as agreed

spoke to client is to arrange with hie employer to get time of work explained that better if all parties concerned meet on site at the same time

Morning James,

Thank you for your email we can confirm the following:

SF19 Superquilt YBS multi-foil insulation with counter battens were supplied and installed to all roof slopes and flat roof areas in a single layer due to restricted height.

120mm rockwall insulation was supplied and installed to all walls and to the dormer.

The above was inspected by one of your inspectors before plaster board was fitted and was approved.

We hope this is all the information that you require.
