HI James,

Please see attached site study done back in 2010, there have been no material changes on site since this was done.

I have requested the information regarding the cladding- i know its suitable as we have used it on numerous projects in the past couple of years.

The building will be unheated, but i have ordered an SBEM for it.

In relation to fire detection, Im not sure that will be needed in this unit? The last few warehouses we have built it hasn’t been a requirement.
