Client rang office has had structural engioneer vist site who has confiormed that the existing neighbouyrs extension will require underpinning prior to the carrying out of the works we are supoerevising

Client says will forward engineers report when recd jab

Phone call to take Rhodes does not seem to understand the issues in my opinion

Agreed that we are to instruct the client for our project to instruct a structural engineer to asses the situation to ensure what we are doing does not effect the neighbours extension and likewise the neighbours extension does noteffect our works

Dale Rhodes agreed to address the rainwater run off issues on the neighbours extension and will await the outcome of the engineers report
I am still of the opinion that the foundation will have to be underpinned to enable our works to progress on site
