01482473027 - 07808475218 - Elaine the owner has the elec certs but reluctant to part with them and doesn't know how or where she can get a copy. Is going to try the electrician to see if he can send us a copy. Was quite adamant that I need to chase him for them and I said its usually owner to arrange to send them not for us to chase electricians etc.
