I called and left a message last week to say that Ive been called away back to Singapore.
So just sending you an e-mail to explain that I have organised MD Foundations to complete the ring beam while Im away. My builder will contact yourself when the ring beam is completed.
I should be back in the UK in about 6 weeks, but just to confirm that now the main house has been demolished and piles have been driven, this now implements the planning and I can now continue the build at my pace.

neighbour rang re vibration from pilling in progress with concrete driven piles refused to give his name and address informed him that piling in progress is of a short time span and is been carried out by a reputable pilling contractor who should have selected the most appropriate type of pile given the ground conditions and the effect on the neighbouring property

Chap complained about rubbish on road when house demoplished some time ago politly informed him not a building regs matter

Surghested that if he has any concerns that he appoint a surveyor to inspect his propoerty of that he tale photographs of his property prior to and after the works have been completed he did not want to do this

Agian informed him that works were of a short time span and we would be inspecting the oiles on Tuesaday as agreed with client

Chap seems ok but selling his house concerned about the noise etc and possibly some neighbour fallout history jab

client rang has agreed to plile foundations contractor to start on site on monday vist arranged for tueasday jab

client rang having problems with ground water table and floding into proposed 2000mm deep strip foundation agreed that possibility of pillimg to be investigated OR waite until water table drops later in the year jab
