43 Silverdale Ave - Leon - 07796974841 - Owner, nice man. Called confused as to why he had an initial notice through when all the work was done last year with Jon Stubbs. Speak to James and find out if Jon usually pays for the client. Can he have a call back and explain that all is ok with the council etc. I said it looked all fine and its that the paperwork may have gone to builder instead of client initially and as it is due to complete it's resent etc.
