Request from builder to cancel our initial notice recd this is because we have informed him that yhecwall construction is not adequate

Informed client that he reason for the cancellation is not outer fault but his builder has got the works wrong on site is to consider his position

Informed him that I am able to cancel the notice but this will not solve the problem as the project seems to be beyond his contractors ability
