Returned owners call to office whilst on site having spoke to Laura and looked into the circumstances of the owners phone call
Once again both clients very rude on the phone both to megan Angela and myself
Clients both in 80s but this is no excuse for the attack on myself or my staff
Explained that we had contacted her architect who had agreed to resolve the matter with them and contact us when resolved
Very rude to me on phone dismissive of any comments made by myself
Agreed to visit the client late tonight to attempt to resolve the situation
Not sure if the age if the clients is a factor in the approach from them but will take this into account in meeting jab

Phone call from agent, he's been copied into a letter that was sent to us regarding the inner room, owner not happy as was never aware egress window required to inner room, plans show inner room as utility and this was always the case with the agent, however during my site visit owner mentioned about it being a bedroom, only got top opener window. Agent fine as fully aware of the regs and would have informed client if knew change of use to room. Agent will get window changed to egress suitable and ensure smoke detection in living area is installed hard wired and interlinked to house. LK
