Further to my recent visit, I attach a copy of my structural designs and details prepared in relation to the load-bearing wall removal . I have discussed the new opening below the existing stairs with an Architect I work with and he does not see any issues with this. Please note I have designed and shown steel supports to the larger openings and as discussed should additional single door openings be required then the Naylor lintel reference R6 can be used as noted for the new opening under the stairs.
