However payment has no been received so far

As regards insurance and my retirement a run of period of insurance as with all professional indemnity policy’s will be in place

I just received a letter re the outstanding approval for the extension that was built at the property. Just tried to call but went to answer machine and couldn’t leave a message.

I did speak with someone before Christmas who inspected the front extension but as the downstairs toilet hadn’t been fitted just asked for pictures of this once completed. Due to ongoing covid restrictions this has been delayed but should be completed by end of next month.

When I spoke to Rob he mentioned James wasn’t due to retire until July so this should leave us enough time to provide the pictures, payment and issuance of final approval. Can you confirm this is correct? Also, could you please advise of where we stand when James retires and which insurance company will cover this.
