I have had numerous conversations with Jim Boyle regarding this who has assured me that this was paid months ago.

Jim could you confirm when payment was made please and the reference number associated with your payment so that Angela can look into this further?

Angela - I have paid Jim directly for these works. I have discussed this with your office numerous times & also Jim who informs me payment was made. Megan was looking into this for me and never came back to me so I assumed this had been sorted.

We invoice the client as its your house and works (not the builder) any agreement you have with the builder is between you and him it always makes it difficult for us when this happens
I’m so sorry but I can’t issue any paperwork until its cleared and we really do need to be completing this now for you

Please give me a call when you can as to what we do next

If he can give me dates we can look into it but we allocate payments instantly
