Spoke to JB and he said he will have quoted Ryan before price has increased, happy to honour the £180 on this occasion. Spoke to Mr Beer and he is sending a cheque for the new amount. Very thankful, nice man.

Spoke to the owner - he said he builder Ryan had told him it would be £180 all in and kept telling him he would call us and query it everytime an invoice came. Owner has come back off holiday to another invoice from us and getting worried. Wnts to check what the price should be.
