Good Afternoon James,
I will forward you the following (due to email size limits will send over a view emails).
• Copy of the drawings produced by the architect for the proposed alterations and refurbishment works for 1 Thorpe View.
• Structural calculations and spec for the RSJ’s with regards to the structural openings / proposed extensions.
• Approval on permitted development.
• Can you advise if we need to provide SAP calculations too?
To date; we have permitted development approval for the rear extension but are still awaiting planning to be granted for the proposed side extension and dormer to the rear elevation.
The property has been stripped out back to ‘four walls’, we have hacked some of the render off externally and have removed the wall at the rear which is currently been propped.
Before we go any further would it be possible to have a discussion / arrange a site visit to go through the above – to ensure we are doing everything correct under your inspection?
Happy to send over pictures of where we currently are if beneficial?
