Spoke to contractor following rogers inspection chris tiunk this rea is on a filled tip amd the works on site woukld seem to agree advised contactor that its a pile to a pile generally given m&D and Optima phone numbers pilling contractors to get a quote jab

contractor rang office has excavated down to top of existing house foundation at approx 2000mm but noy yet at bottom of foundations agreed bwtter to ley water table drop as excavations at this depth will flood at the moment and will probably collapse contractor will ring when foundation readt to be eccavated

Pilling option given but cost prohibative jab
