Spoke to owner Linda Fecenec. Has had initial notice through but had been repeatedly asking her builder for a cost from us and how much would it be. We have already done 3 inspections when initial notice came through, I explained builder had appointed us not asked for a quote etc. She said builder went ahead as in a rush but said we are £120 more expensive than the council and she only works minimum wage in a hospice.... Asked if she could speak to James - he was with someone but said will give her a call - 0113 2669723
