Please could I ask for your with something myself and my partner were going to be adding an extension onto our house but unfortunately due in unforeseen circumstances the build is now no longer going ahead.
We have received an invoice for the full amount from yourselves, we are aware that James has been out to the property once already so is it possible to be charged for the one visit rather than for the full amount?
