We have received another invoice with regards to structural work for 11 Meadow Court, South Elmsall, Pontefract.
We have previously discussed this with you and advised that we have paid Wakefield Council to undertake this work.
Harry Myers instructed you in error and Harry has agreed to ring you to sort this out today.
Can you confirm when this has been resolved?

client ramg says she appointed WMDC to do the building control but we have been on site and do the work as well and we have an acceptance ingformed her that we will keep invoicing her untill resolved with contractor

Spoke to builder - mix up on this one as the lady has already instructed someone else and paid them, builder hadn't realised. Shes also sending a cheque too us but hes asked her to cancel it and he will pay our cost as it's his mix up instructing us. Wants to know what the cost would be as we've done 1 inspection so far. - Tel 07930154948
