Thank you for confirming all is OK with the steel beam over the patio doors.

As discussed, please find below the email from Paul Freeman, Structural Engineer, regarding the hairline cracks in the single storey blockwork and my email to him. We will ask the builder to stitch the blockwork together as advised by Paul and take photographs of the work.

With reference to the above (your ref U009171), and your Building Regulations consultations with J A Bourke Approved inspectors.

In my capacity as agent for the applicants, Mr & Mrs L. Ruderham, please find attached as requested the working drawings for the project which hopefully provides you with all the drainage information you seek.

Just to confirm, there will be no re-routing of the existing foul drain under the garage, however an inspection chamber will be needed for the new internal connections.
