I write further to the Domestic Air Tightness Tests that we have recently completed on the above properties.
Following our subsequent calculations, I have duly attached copies of the Test Reports for the dwellings. Upon review of the reports you will note that Air Permeability Rates of 3.07 & 3.05 m3/h/m2 were achieved, which as you are no doubt aware is less than the maximum threshold required under the latest Building Regulations.
Certificates confirming the passes for the properties are therefore attached for you to forward to your Building Control Officer.
