Good Afternoon.
I have received and consulted on the plans you have submitted regarding the erection of a single storey dwelling at St Johns Road, Driffield.
Having reviewed the information you have provided there are a few issues that would need to be considered regarding Fire Authority access.

The distance from the kerb to the proposed property site exceeds the permitted distance (45m) for laying hose in order to access all areas of the property. This therefore requires consideration for the provision of a suitable and sufficient hardstanding means of access to the property, not exceeding 20m in length, unless a suitable turning area (hammerhead) near to the property can be provided.

Can you also confirm whether additional doors are available at the property, be it patio/sliding doors, other than the front door (west elevation), as per the submitted building plan?
