Good afternoon James,

You wrote to me on 18th June 2018 with details from NYFR and comments from Sam Crossley dated 15th June 2018.

I have spoken to Sam and we have agreed that we will extend the access road to allow for any fire and rescue vehicles to dive nose first into the parking areas of plots 2 and 3 and then reverse back onto the service road (when extended) and thus drive out in forward gear.

Trust this is satisfactory, please confirm,
