Further to our conversation the other week regarding the above and the fire door requirement – this project has now been submitted to yourselves – I attach scanned marked up plans showing the existing FR door positions and the proposed FR door positions for the new internal layout (as per our conversation –proposed layout should not be any worse than the existing – therefore as the staircase is not enclosed and the dwelling has 3 floors – all doors to/from habitable rooms from the staircase shall be half hour rated and as this is a single dwelling no self closing devices will be required). I would be grateful if you could review the attached and confirm that the proposed FR door positions are correct as we do not want to order the wrong rated doors
