It was good to meet you the other day, trust you are well.

I have a query in respect of the ongoing works to construct the chiller.By constructing the chiller extension with packing room floor above we will require to install 2no columns in the access area into the building which is used for the workers. I think this is also a means of escape.

Ive attached a plan of the ground floor layout and you will see the chiller is to the top right corner of the building. Below is a sketch of this area in a little more detail and I have been told by the contractor that the gap between the cladding and face of column will be circa 830mm clear opening at both column positions.
