Called on site at request of the contractor who is not on site however access gained as open site clients male on site
Works on loft now complete on site no record if any previous inspections on this project but I am sure this was visited by myself at insulation and structurecstage as j clean remember the internal arrangement of the dwelling and meeting the owners wife
Following observed
Guarding to balcony glass of for Juliet height in compliance no gap exceeding 100mm
Sort It vents in position to dormer ok
No Evidence of any movement within the structure client very happy
Guarding to staircase has been replaced throught with glass all in compliance with guarding regs
Afd provided to the staircase all doors replaced with fd30 doors
Electric certs in file ok for both general and alarm system tested on site all mains wired interlinked 9
Under above circumstances agreed to issue final cert asap
Minor issues as regards door handle come of one door and doors to Juliet balcony sticking to be addressed by contra tor
Ensuite bathroom provided with extract fans ok
Client very happy with the works 4
Weather is good dry and sunny 23 degrees jab
