Dear Jean and Dave

Following a number of site visits and phone calls, we have asked for engineer calculations and justification of the timber beams installed to the ridge and at floor level on numerous occasions.

We understand works are on going and we still have not received the information requested. We will not be able to issue a completion certificate if this information is not received. Until this information is received, any ongoing works are being carried out at the builders risk. If the information received is not sufficient and works have continued, the areas of concern will need to be opened up and remedial works carried out.
