Please find attached a package of information relating to the building regulations submission for the extensions at Spring Valley Campsite. I have split the info over three emails due to the sizes of the files.
The U value package includes a spreadsheet showing compliance maximum glazing expressed a percentage of walls rule. I have calculated it on the basis of one extension as both the domestic + commercial developments are linked construction wise. As it is a mixed development I have calculated it on the 25% rule + not considered the two elements separately, i.e 40% allowance for commercial + 25% allowance for domestic so as to shorten the calculation process. The calculation shows that compliance was easily achieved.
