Further to our meeting on Monday, I have updated the Building Regulations document to reflect our discussions, to allow your surveyor Laura to carry out their plans assessment & approval process for Phil’s project.
The document should be read alongside the other attached documents that have been provided by Phil – it should be noted that the Part L assessment will be updated as SAP’s rather than an SBEM, but for completeness, its been included.
