Subject: Remedial works at 15 Strother Close

Dear Laura

Following your inspection of the remedial works on the 24rd May, could you please let us know the following:

1. Did you receive the specifications of the material placed around the ‘trench’?
2. Has the work to date been carried our correctly?
3. Can we commence the backfilling as discussed one site?
4. Do you wish to inspect the works again and if so at what stage?
5. We will be keeping a picture file of all works carried out which will be available for you at any time.

There is some urgency as we are ready to commence the backfill and drain laying process but do not want to start without your do ahead.

Please note that the original builders have now left site and we will be managing the works ourselves from now on. Please ensure that only myself and Roly are copied into to all future correspondence.

I understood that there would be a meeting on site on Tuesday to discuss the issues with the build. I was wondering if there had been any update and whether any decisions had been made on the way forward?
