I think there may have been some misunderstanding and am not sure if Stuart or Doug have spoken to you.
All I require is to do the initial work to keep the planning live and then sell the plot. I am not building the property and do not require all the inspections listed only an inspection of the initial one metre X 600mm excavation and then with the concrete base in (as you did at my mother's, 74 Main Street Bubwith.
We have now commenced the section and Stuart is hoping to agree it in principle with planning tomorrow (as he goes on holiday on Wednesday).
Doug suggested that I contact you and explain the situation. Hopefully if they will approve it tomorrow I am in a position for you to come and inspect it and send you the amended fee as required for this work.
