spoke to client informed her of my visit yesterday and outlined my concerns re HSE and the fact that no person is on site suoervising the works agreed to contact her following call back from HSE

Again the client will not listen to me and talks over me very quickley does not undfestand or chooses not to the seriousness of the situation

spoke to owner of next doors house advised him that HSE and mnyself very concerned about the works on site and will keep him informed of our and HSE actions advised him not to allow scaffold on his land at this stage 07825908405

15:47pm - Client called again trying to get hold of James and again said he has been waiting all day for him to arrive

Client called wondering where James was, I informed him James has already been out to site of which the client would not acknowledge whatsoever

Phone call from healthy and safely executive officer says that builders are still working in the property despite the agreement not to and that the client did not turn up yesterday as agreed

Rang health and safety executive officer answer phone informed her of the last phone call with client and requested call back jab

Rang client says on his way back to site this afternoon and will meet with health and safety executive again stressed the need to cooperate with healthy and safely executive says will get his structural engineer on site tomorrow but no persons on site in till all agreed with health and safety executive jab

Rang health and safety executive officer agreed that works will stop on site she is to serve notice on the client to stop all works remove all persons and ask to provide report from structural engineer on stability if the building

Rang client male answered the phone agreed that they will stop the work on site and get structural engineer to site asap to ensure that works safe to progress and all cleared with health and safety executive stressed serious nature of the situation to the client

Spoke to health and safety executive officer serious concerns 're safe working practices on site regarding syptructural support of first floor scaffolding and general site management called following a complaint

Telephone call from client who has some but quite confusing command of English as is Chinese

Informed her that the next time we need to attend site is at dpc level as excavations approved on last inspection

Builders all Chinese and speak no English wanted to hand mix all concrete but they don't know how to advised that concrete orders from ready mix company and pumped into position

I can see this been a problem job as owners reluctant to employ an English speaking builder or supervised and female owner although a very intelligent person has no construction knowledge

Advised in strongest possible terms to employ a site manager as this is not our function

Clint very demanding and difficult to understand
