Spoke to Owner - agreed he can't book completion visit until payment is settled. Nice man but aware hasn't paid yet and very apologetic for is. Asked if he can do £450 on this payday and £450 next payday. Said yes. he will put payment 1 / payment 2 etc on the bacs reference so isn't confusing.
