It was good to speak to you and let’s hope that we can get it back to some kind of normality in the not to distance future.

Please find the SAP and EPC calculations from the FES group after the air test was completed and I do hope that these are all ok.

Is it just now the electrical test that you are waiting for before we can send everything to the James Topping to put the insurance in place?

Do we need a final inspection?

Please if you can guide me then this would be very much appreciated.

Just to let you know that we have started an archaeologist to act for us and I have paid the initial set up fees.

The archaeologist is Maparch Ltd, and Chris Hodgson at the Planning Department has been made aware of this.
