Thank you for your letter dated 11th October re the above. Just to confirm that it is Eliments Ltd that have appointed you and your contract is with them, not myself. I have spoken with them today and they have confirmed that the price quoted by them to me includes them provisioning your services and that I am to disregard any payment request as they will settle your account themselves. I trust that, despite your (standard?) letter stating to the contrary, the above does not come as a surprise to you – hence this email. I’m also advised by them that Eliments will liaise with you regarding dates for your inspection.
