Looks ok to me as max 170mm rise and minimum 250mm going not exceeded
I am assuming you are not providing a lift in the development so ambulent staircase is a minimum requirement
Please ensure that all doors and wc provisions comply at ground and first floor level with regulation m regardless of the lack of a lift
As regards b1 fire escape are you providing a lobby approach to each flat to the stair and an automatic opening window at the top for smoke venting
Sorry if I am teaching you to suck eggs but just thought it was worth a mention
