I've just tried ringing but discover that you don't work on Fridays. I shall probably try to ring on Monday but thought I'd drop you an email now anyway.

Things have progressed more slowly than usual this year for obvious reasons but our extension is almost complete. I wondered whether it is sufficiently complete for you to be able to carry out the final inspection.

We have this week received the electrical completion documents which I have attached as two separate PDF files.

We have had a wood burner fitted and are currently awaiting the HETAS certficate because the installer had finished his book of certificates and had to order another. Hopefully that will be with us shortly.

The bathroom equipment is all plumbed in and functional.

The only obvious drawback that we can see is that we currently don't have the door frames fitted to the internal openings and so don't as yet have any doors. As none of them were to be fire doors I'm hoping that this won't be significant.

Our house insurance is due to be renewed in a couple of weeks and it would help us if we could be insuring a house next year rather than a house and a building project as was the case last year.

As I said, I'll try and give you a ring on Monday to discuss.
