The owner of 27 Eastoft Road would like to re activate the Building regulation submission for the proposed two storey extension.
They are looking at a start on site towards the end of August 2019.
Please advise on the next steps to proceed.

I have passed onto my client that the Building Regulation application has been logged with North Lincs authority, and that the application is valid for 3 years.

Thanks for confirming no fees are due to date, and not until works commence on site, and visits are made by yourselves.

I will contact you when the client has set a revised start date.
