spoke to buiulder again he thinks we have an appointment today at 11 siad we did nit following our last teleohone call we need to get some fire plans as we have been reqesting and although not recieving

Made it very clear that we did not have an appointment today and need fire plans and enfinners details prior to next visit as we dont seem to be getting any coopertaiuon from our site neetings#

Talked through the proposed alarm system agreed break glass points at all three final exit points from the office and emergency exit doors

Reminded client about the need for the emergency lighting as well

Still no fire plan reluctant to produce one seems to be confusing building control function with site manager and agent
