I am please to confirm we have now had the Juliet balcony fitted above the Orangery installation at the above address ( see image attached ).
I'm assuming you will not require to visit site again so please could you provide final building inspector sign off for the project and issue the certificate direct to myself please.

I have just spoken to Mr Wilson and they are away on holiday this week. They would like to be present when you visit therefore could this be arranged week commencing the 13th, if you could let me know your availability that week so that we can co-ordinate this with Mr Wilson.

I now feel we can arrange the final inspection at Mr Wilsons, we have done a lot of work on the roof now so there is no significant standing water plus we have a new product now which outperforms GRP roof called ultraflex.

Update from Eliments -

Hi James

Just keeping you updated on Mr Wilson Cawood. Richard has now inspected the bit of pooling still there on the roof and decided to make a sump that he can drop into the roof to drain the water, this should be ready some time next week and we will let you know accordingly when it will be ready for final inspection

Significant standing water on roof and generally unhappy with the work

Was concerned about a conflict of interest due to Eliments being the ones that appointed us

I just told him that he is our client even if he wasn't the one that appointed us and assured that there is no conflict of interest

Told him that James will give him a call back to discuss the issues he has and to reassure

We have not been out to inspect past Oversite in February
